WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


Warranty


New and current models have a one year manufacturers defective warranty. Manufacturers warranties on current frames are also dependent on availability. Discontinued, closeout and vintage frames are limited in availability and have no defective warranty and are sold "as is" with limitations in color and size.All frames are inspected for finishing defects and damage before being placed in the store.

Returned products should be forwarded to return address. Axis Optical is not liable for lost or mishandled merchandise.



Refund and Return Policy


If not satisfied with frame product within 30 days of purchase. We will exchange for another frame or refund the total amount minus shipping charges. All frame products must be returned in the same or original condition. Damages to merchandise will be deducted from the original purchase price dependent to the condition of the returned product.

Axis Optical is not liable for delivery address inaccuracy. Lost or mishandled products should be reported to Axis Optical and the local carrier.

Refund apply to cost of products. Shipping charges, including import duty and taxes are "non refundable."



Lenses and Laboratory Policy


Non-Adaptation on Progressive and Computer Lenses will be Remade/Exchanged to a comparable lens at "No Charge" to the customer.

Single Vision lenses made according to provided prescription and measurements are "Non Refundable."
