Warranty

Products have a one year manufacturers defective warranty. Manufacturers warranties on current models are dependent on availability. Discontinued and vintage products have no defective warranty and are limited in color and size.

Returned products should be forwarded to return address below via USPS/UPS tracking or signature tracking.


Refund and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, within 30 days, we will exchange for another frame or refund the cost minus shipping charges. All frames/products must be returned in their original condition.
Any damages will be deducted from the cost of the product.
Lost and mishandled products should be reported to Axis Optical and your local carrier.


Lens and Lab:

Defective lenses, coatings or breakages, inaccurate prescription and non-adaptation will be remade/exchanged at "No Cost" to the customer or replaced with comparable product. However, lens products made according to provided prescription and measurements are "Non-Refundable"
